Afterthoughts
The main problem with this Artisan bread is that it browns on the outside, so even when the dough is green all the color is inside, kind of like a hidden jade :-)

ReplyDeleteMaybe it's not so bad that it's brown on the outside. Kind of like a "bread with a twist". I would have liked to see what it looks like inside.
