Ingredients
- Sauteed leeks, corn, red bell peppers and red cabbage, spiced with dried basil and black pepper.
- Pureed turnips and purple yams.
- A little canola oil and chicken or veggie broth for the saute veggies.
Instructions
Arrange your veggies on a plate in your favorite disorder :-) Enjoy!
